The Estep Family Life Center has fitness classes open to the public! From lunchtime and evening aerobics classes to weight loss and health programs the EFLC has a Fitness program to meet your health needs. Online registration for aerobics classes is available 1 week before each session begins. Check out our latest classes and programs below.
 
Schedules vary so we allow you to sign up by the number of times you plan to exercise per week – not by a specific class! This allows you the option to mix and match classes to fit your busy schedule!
 
These prices are for the FULL 8 week sessions for May/June:
 
1 class per week is $35
2 classes per weeks is $55
3 classes per weeks is $70
4 classes per weeks is $90
5 classes per weeks is $110
6 classes per weeks is $125

CLASSES WE OFFER:
 
Evening Pilates
Instructor: Natalie Knotts, certified instructor
Days/Times: 
M & Th, 5:30 – 6:30 PM
May 3 begins 8 week session. The first class of each session is a MUST for beginners to learn the basics of Pilates! Pilates is a body sculpting activity that works your body from the inside out. You will develop long lean muscles from this great core exercise class!. This session ends June 28. Note: We will have a class holiday May 28, and a minimum of 10 pre-registered participants are required to hold the class.
 
 
 
Pilates Fusion
Instructor: Natalie Knotts, certified instructor
Days/Times:  T & Fri, 12:15 - 1:00 PM
May 1 begins 8 week session. Each class will start with a short cardio warm up and integrate aerobics and toning with Pilates. Pilates is a body sculpting activity that works your body from the inside out. Develop long lean muscles from this great core exercise class! This session ends June 29. Note: We will have a class holiday May 28, and a minimum of 10 pre-registered participants are required to hold the class.

 
 
 
Zumba® Fitness
Instructor: Natalie Knotts, certified instructor
Days/Times: M & Th, 12:15 – 1:00 PM
May 3 begins 8 week session. Come join the party at lunch! The first class of each session is an introduction class for beginners, and therefore, this class is a MUST to attend! Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps. This session ends June 28. Note: We will have a class holiday May 28, and a minimum of 10 participants pre-registered to hold the class.

First Place 
Instructors:

Cost: $95/first time participants and $20/continuing participants 
Day/Times: M, 6:00 – 7:30 PM  
April 9 - June 18. First Place is a 12-week, Christ-centered health program. Each session offers instruction and a Bible study designed to help you lose weight by bringing balance to your life. Call 343.8578 to register and/or for more details.
  
 
Noon Hoops
Day/Times: T & Th, 12pm-2PM
For ages 18 and up. Come enjoy pickup basketball during the lunch hour! No reservations required. Lockers and showers are available. $3 for non-members, free for members.
 
 
Weight Watchers
Day/Times: W, 11:30am-1PM
